Best Wedding Band Ever!
TVK was the prefect band for our wedding reception! The dance floor stayed packed all night and we loved all of their song choices! They were very easy to work with and responded to us quickly leading up to our wedding date. We could not recommend them enough!

TVK was amazing from Day 1. Matt was always quick to respond with questions or concerns throughout the months leading up to the wedding day. On our actual day, TVK was incredible! HIRE THIS BAND!!!!
My husband and I are both musicians, so we were very particular about wanting a band that sounded great, had a wide repertoire, and would honor special requests. We spoke with Matt, who was really patient with us as two people with a zillion questions.
Tom, the band leader, has a great attitude and is very talented. My husband and I wanted to play guitar and sing with the band, and he went as far as to send us the exact arrangement the band would play and bring guitars for us. We were nervous about playing with them without rehearsing, but the performance went amazing and sounded great. Their sound people are so on top of it.
The band itself sounded incredible on every song. They kill it on every genre. I am not just saying this, our dance floor was packed every second. Our guests were telling them every moment they were about to take a break, the band played another banger and they wanted to stay. They really can read a room.

We couldn't have asked for a better wedding band!! From the moment TVK started playing, the atmosphere was electric, and our guests were on their feet from start to finish. Not only were they musically exceptional, but their professionalism and attention to detail were also top-notch. They worked closely with us before the event to understand our preferences and even learned a few special songs for us, which was awesome! - For example, our first dance song was Kiss from a Rose by Seal. They were able to learn a version that I specifically liked, and tailored the length of time perfectly. One of my guests told me later that at first they thought the venue was playing the actual song for our dance, not that it was live! Which shows just how good they are.
Their commitment to making our day unique and personalized truly stood out, thanks to the coordinators and also the Emcee, who was great! TVK was quick to respond, extremely helpful and very kind during our planning process. Matt answered my NUMEROUS questions and was patient with us from the start of planning through day-of. On the day of the wedding, they were well prepared and knew where to be and when, and controlled volume for our venue, which tends to echo- they did a great job of this!! I've heard music in this venue before and was worried how the band would do, but they did great- The sound techs and the band members did an absolutely perfect job. People were on the dance floor quickly and they had an amazing playlist to keep people out there. I cannot suggest them enough- 10/10 would use them again for our special day!!!

If you are deciding to go between a band or DJ, I would recommend a band and go with TVK Orchestra! They are willing to learn songs, have great communication, and can identify the vibes of your wedding to keep the music flowing and everyone on the dance floor! We absolutely loved them and had the best time at our wedding. They played at our ceremony as well and it was beautiful. Matt will check-in and be sure they are all set for your big day. TVK Orchestra blew all expectations!
We initially booked the band because they had Spanish-singing capabilities and were a local Chicago/Chicagoland act. From initial consultations nearly a year out to final tweaks and adjustments the week before, communication with TVK's dedicated (and experienced) manager was fluid and they were always available for questions and commentary. Apart from the smooth logistics, and perhaps most important, TVK absolutely killed the performance. The mix of band and DJ during breaks proved fantastic, and it was clear they've all spent time working and playing together. The cocktail hour was classy and professional and the band was able to let loose with our energetic crowd and rock the night away. Having the DJ play during breaks meant smooth transitions and no interruptions in the music, and it was incredible how well the DJ learned the Spanish songs we suggested he play. TVK Orchestra was phenomenal, our guests are already asking about booking them for their own weddings and events, and we cannot recommend them higher enough for yours. Thanks, TVK!

Packed Dance Floor All Night!
TVK performed for our 250 person wedding on June 10th. Since we had the wedding on a private property, we were somewhat concerned about logistics, but TVK made it so easy on us. They were responsive, flexible, and incredibly kind. Their 10 piece orchestra kept our dance floor packed all evening, which is what we wanted, and we are still getting compliments on the band weeks later. Matt was super helpful and patient with us as we worked through all the planning and Peter, the band leader, and his band kept the flow of the evening tracking as intended. They even worked on a special song request for us that our bridesmaid sang for our first dance. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a packed dance floor! Absolutely loved working with them and would do it again in a heartbeat!

WOW is all I have to say about Tom and the TVK team.
After looking into what felt like hundreds of bands, we randomly came across TVK. We set up a meeting with Tom who patiently answered our questions and showed us countless videos featuring the band and talent. Because it was COVID we weren't able to see them live, but never the less booked them for our Aug 2022 wedding. Tom was amazing throughout the entire process answering our many emails and working with us to have our vision of a 9 piece band, even in a small venue setting. One of the most special moments of the night was the first dance with my husband and we had chosen a country song that wasn't as well known, not to mention fast. The band learned the song and even slowed it down to an appropriate tempo for a first dance and it was a moment I will always remember. The whole evening was perfect and TVK kept the dance floor full all night long and even let my dad get up on the guitar and play along for a few songs! Countless guests approached my husband and I raving about the band, saying it was one of the best wedding bands they had ever heard. If you are looking for not only a great band, but an awesome team that will be there for you throughout the planning process TVK is it! Our wedding was the 7th family wedding TVK has done, and for good reason! Tom drove hours for a vendor meeting, he spent so much time on the phone (nervous bride here) and was a phenomenal communicator - listened to every request. The music never stops, it kept everyone on the dance floor all night, sounds amazing, and truly this band feels like family. We adore them!! We hired TVK Orchestra to play at our daughter's wedding on June 4, 2022. We went with the 10-piece orchestra that included 3 vocalists, sax, guitar, keyboard, bass, drums, trumpet, and trombone. They have an extensive playlist and literally had people on the dance floor the entire night....we even added on an additional 1/2 hour. If you are looking for a professional upscale band, I would highly recommend TVK!Best part of our reception!!!

SO glad we found TVK - Fantastic Band
When planning my wedding, choosing a great live band was a top priority. With so many options in Chicago and recommendations from lots of friends and couples, the choice was overwhelming and involved lots of sticker shock. Finding TVK was the best stroke of luck!! We made our decision based on their extensive set list, great customer service, and extremely reasonable pricing. We had a few unique songs that mean a lot to us and our families that were not on the list, and the band learned them all. We ended the night with TVK's DJ services which was the perfect way to cap off the fun. All of our guests were on the dancefloor thanks to TVK's fantastic playing and their ability to gauge the crowd's moods. 10/10 would recommend to any couple looking for a band!

AMAZING night thanks to TVK
Our wedding on 10/2 would not have been nearly as fun without TVK. Not only did they perform the modern songs on strings we wanted for our ceremony, they brought in bluegrass musicians for the cocktail hour (one of our unusual requests) and kept us dancing all night long. Best orchestra EVER!
We booked TVK Orchestra as we were looking for one for our wedding that was also bilingual, Polish/American. TVK Orchestra was able to provide this with the lead singer Crystal being Polish! Our guests were beyond shocked once Crystal started singing in Polish as they all thought the entire orchestra was American and only would sing in English. The live music was amazing! All the singers gave us and our guests goosebumps when they sang! Not only were they amazing singers but also very flexible with us during the reception even when playing our first dance song when we asked them to continue playing as we were not finished with our dance! It was priceless! Not only was the orchestra able to play and sing songs in Polish but they also provided a DJ to play in the interim when the members needed to take a break! The DJ was able to also play many of the Polish songs that we chose, and the experience made it that the dance floor was never empty! Every single guest during the reception could not say enough amazing things about TVK Orchestra and how beautifully they sang and played but also provided a great time so that the dance floor was consistently packed! We could not have asked for a better orchestra to play during our wedding! Tom was our main contact person who was very professional, knowledgeable and quickly responded to all our emails! He made the entire process of booking and choosing songs for our wedding all go so smoothly! We definitely recommend TVK Orchestra to anyone seeking a live orchestra for their wedding or event. We for sure will be booking TVK Orchestra again in the future!

Tom is amazing!
Tom is one of the kindest and easiest people to work with. He was always so responsive and willing to chat with us (often for extended periods of time) when we needed. He even came to our walk through because he was unfamiliar with our venue. He was very professional at the wedding and helped us move our guests along and transition nicely from dinner and speech to speech. The band was awesome and everyone was talking about how good they were during and after the wedding. The singing was beautiful and the quality of the music was excellent.
